Sarah Silvestri, the founder of Consulenze Internazionali, was born in Rome on May 3rd, 1983. She graduated in law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2013, with a labor law thesis (the analysis of the undeclared work). 


She is an admitted member of the Rome and Madrid Bar Association.

Moved to New York in 2013, she attended Norman Thomas College and obtained a certificate in finance ("Retirement Planning and Employees benefits"). After that, she starts working in a law office in New York, where she practices immigration law (US Visa and Italian/American citizenship procedures). 

She specialized in business law, including company formation in New York, Florida, and California, licenses in food and wine, trademarks, and patent registration.

Becoming an interpreter and translator, she becomes the perfect contact point between American institutions and Italian citizens. She fluently speaks Italian, English, and Spanish.

She came back to Rome in 2016, she continued working on immigration law and she starts working on Italian law.

Other than that, to improve her international skills, she obtained a law degree (with a thesis on child labor) and an MBA (with final work on parental work absence) at the University Antonio de Nebrija, located in Madrid.

In 2019, she passed the Bar Exam in Spain, and she became an attorney. 

She is an expert in worldwide immigration law, Italian citizenship requests for residency, iure sanguinis and marriage, international adoption, asylum request, refugees, and US/ Italy visas.
